Risk Management
The Balcarras Trust recognises the importance of effective risk management in supporting the delivery of its strategic objectives. The Audit, Risk and Assurance Committee oversees the Trust’s risk management framework on behalf of the Board of Trustees. Risks are identified, assessed and monitored at both school and Trust level, with significant risks escalated to the Board.
