Our Strategic Development Journey

The Trust was formally established on 1 December 2020. When it launched, the Trustees approved a three‑year Development Plan to set the Trust’s direction and support ongoing improvement across all schools. Progress was monitored throughout, with a formal review carried out each year. The final review took place in Autumn 2023. Since then, the Trust has moved to a one‑year Development Plan cycle. The latest plan, developed by the CEO, has been in place since September 2025.

Ongoing Monitoring and Review

Progress is reviewed regularly by the Trust Board, supported by the Trust Development Committee, which meets frequently to check progress and ensure the work stays aligned with the Trust’s strategic priorities. A full annual review also takes place to assess the impact and shape future planning.
