Pupil Premium Strategy

Our Trust is committed to ensuring that every pupil—regardless of background or circumstance—has the opportunity to achieve their full potential. The Pupil Premium is a vital part of this commitment, providing additional funding to help schools close attainment gaps and support disadvantaged pupils. While we work within a shared set of principles and expectations, each school within the Trust develops its own Pupil Premium Strategy, tailored to the needs of its pupils and community.

Each school’s Pupil Premium Strategy outlines:

• How Pupil Premium funding is allocated and the rationale behind spending decisions

• The evidence‑based approaches used to support disadvantaged pupils

• How the school measures the impact of its actions

• The ways in which leaders ensure accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

These strategies are reviewed annually and updated to reflect pupil needs, national guidance, and the Trust’s overarching priorities.
