Behaviour Management

Each school within our Trust is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment. While we share a common set of values and principles, we recognise that every school community is unique. For this reason, each school maintains its own Behaviour Management Policy, tailored to meet the needs of its pupils, staff, and wider community.

Every school’s Behaviour Management Policy outlines its expectations, approaches to promoting positive behaviour, and procedures for responding to behavioural concerns. These policies are reviewed regularly to ensure they remain effective, inclusive, and aligned with both Trust-wide standards and statutory requirements.

As a Trust, we are dedicated to ensuring that all pupils experience a consistent standard of care and high expectations, while allowing each school the flexibility to adopt approaches that best support their individual context. We believe this balance strengthens our collective culture and helps them reach their full potential.
