Welcome to the Balcarras Trust.

As Interim CEO, and also Headteacher of The High School Leckhampton, it’s a privilege to lead a Trust that puts young people at the heart of everything we do.

Our schools are united by a shared belief in the power of education to transform lives. We are committed to academic excellence, high-quality enrichment, and strong pastoral care—ensuring every pupil is supported to thrive.

Much of the Trust’s work happens behind the scenes, through vital services such as finance, HR, governance, and school improvement. These allow our schools to focus on what really matters: delivering the very best education in the classroom.

This year, we’re placing a strong emphasis on collaboration—expanding professional development for staff, strengthening school improvement, and exploring exciting new enrichment opportunities for pupils across the Trust.
